Suzanne Anton, a former British Columbia attorney general, says a recent Purolator arbitration case that ruled in favour of unvaccinated workers is a “game changer” that could wipe out vaccine mandates for health-care workers in the province. View the full arbitration report here. Nicholas Glass, the arbitrator of the "BC Vaccination Grievances" initiated by Teamsters Local No. 31 vs Purolator Canada, has ruled that Purolator's extension of the COVID-19 vaccine mandates for its workers past June 2022 was unreasonable.

CPSBC Hearing on March 4 is adjourned.

Dr. Hoffe is a good friend of CSSEM. He bravely stood up against the harms to his patients caused by the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines. His disciplinary hearing with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of BC was set to begin on March 4, 2024 - but has now been adjourned. Charles is accused of spreading "misinformation" concerning the COVID-19 pandemic and the public health response. Dr. Hoffe is being represented by his excellent lawyer, Lee Turner, and has an emerging army of medical experts set to defend him - including the FLCCC's own Dr. Pierre Kory! What are we trying to accomplish?

Our Opposition to the Directives of the PHO

When science and logic don't work ... you have to take the government to court. Court cases are expensive ... and many of our members have been unable to work since November of 2021!

The government has unlimited financial resources (taxpayers' money) and will likely fight these legal challenges all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada. This will likely cost in excess of $1 million.

We humbly ask for financial assistance from the public - our families, friends and patients.

Please join our fight for truth, science, and vaccine choice. This fight is for us all ... and for our children.

GOAL #1

Protect Privacy

The Provincial Health Officer wants to release personal, private medical information about individual health professionals to the public.

GOAL #2

Remove BC Public Health Emergency

Under this "emergency" state, the PHO has extraordinary powers to impose orders without legislative oversight - resulting in serious restrictions to individual freedoms.

GOAL #3

Re-Hire All Fired Healthcare Workers

The science shows that unvaccinated healthcare workers are not a hazard to patients. BC's healthcare system needs all of our devoted HCWs and staff hired back!

GOAL #4

Get Privileges Re-instated

All Health Regions in BC have fired unvaccinated doctors - even though they complied with the PHO demands that they not work in health care facilities.

GOAL #5

Get the HPOA Repealed

Bill 36, now the Health Professions & Occupations Act, will cause sweeping changes to health care in BC - giving the government MORE control over everything!

How did we get here?

The PHO has been firing and threatening doctors and other healthcare workers since the fall of 2021.

Many of these healthcare workers were "heroes" - on the front lines - caring for sick patients early in the pandemic.

After Bonnie Henry backed off on enforcement of the March 24 deadline, she stated that she would apply a

more "nuanced" approach to deal with each group of regulated health professionals. Is that the HPOA?

October 26, 2021

Hospital and Facility Staff Fired

All unvaccinated healthcare workers were laid off without pay as they were deemed to be a hazard to their patients and co-workers. We know the jab doesn't stop transmission!

March 24, 2022

Community-based HCWs to be Fired

All unvaccinated, regulated, private healthcare professionals were to be banned from working - until Bonnie backed off. Bill 36 might be a way to still achieve this goal!

March 31, 2022

Vaxx Status Reported to Colleges

Unvaccinated health professionals had to report vaxx status to colleges; PHO intended to make this info public. We were able to stop this ... for a time.

Bill 36 passed in Law

Premier, David Eby, forced closure of debate on this bill before HUNDREDS of clauses were even reviewed. There was very limited collaboration with healthcare professions.

Spring 2024?

Will the new BC HPOA be enacted?

Bill 36 became the Health Professions & Occupations Act once passed into law. The 'Act' will now be written with more details and enacted next year ... or NOT!
